1. Characteristics

A. The gear and gear shaft employs high-strength low-carbon alloy steel, with manufacturing method of gear hobbing, the thermal treatment of carburising & quenching, as well as gear grinding, the hardness of gear flank can be HRC58-62, which is high precision and good contact.

B. More reduction ratio could be realized by exchanging first stage gear paremeter, selection gear No ratio:18/67, 23/62, 17/69, 18/53, 21/52, 22/49, 19/66, 19/59, 24/61, 21/50.

C. Transmission type: cylindrical gear -large modulus worm gear & worm shaft transmission, shifting gears by sliping.

Cone cylindrical gear reducer is the outer meshing gears transmission structure of input and output axis in vertical state, the main transmission parts adopt high quality alloy steel to manufacture.    Gears are manufactured by processes of carburization, quenching and grinding to reach 6 degree precision. The product has the advantages of high loading capacity, long life, small volume, high efficiency and light weight, etc.

The standard number of this series gear reducers is JB/T9002-1999, which is our country's generation substituting product. It can replace SS type vertical shaft speed reducer and ZQ, ZL old type speed reducer, and so on. Also it can replace the same type speed reducer imported from foreign countries.
